Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident shopping at Barrytube. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To start the process, email us at support@clothivan.store with your order number, found in your confirmation email or invoice. Once approved, we'll provide the return address along with step-by-step instructions.
Please note: returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. If you have questions at any point, our team is here to help.
If Something's Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@clothivan.store with photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return under quality claims:
- Fabric details such as loose threads, raw edges, slight variations in texture or thickness, and color differences caused by screen displays.
- Style and preference, including dissatisfaction with style, color, or a change of mind.
- Post-purchase damage caused by wear, washing issues, improper care, alterations, or misuse.
- Sizing concerns. Returns due to sizing are not treated as quality problems. Please consult our size chart before ordering.
- Design variations. Small measurement differences between items of the same size are normal.
Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for what you'd like instead. This ensures your replacement arrives without delay.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order or personalized items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards and final sale items

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@clothivan.store . After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped and can only be handled through our standard return process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your package arrives safely.
For items confirmed as faulty, defective, or incorrect, Barrytube will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected — typically within 2–4 business days — we will issue a full refund. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds usually appear within 3–5 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@clothivan.store so we can look into it.
