After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days depending on your location and carrier. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, you can expect a total of 7–15 business days.

Of course. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and still has all tags attached.

We recommend placing a new order for the item you'd like and returning the original. It's the fastest way to secure your size or style, especially if stock is limited.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to make sure everything arrives safely.

Once we receive and inspect your return — usually within 2–4 business days — your refund will be processed. Funds typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider. If it's been longer than 15 business days, reach out and we'll look into it right away.
